J Martin Insurance Agency LLC is an insurance agency based in Tempe, Arizona. We were built on one simple belief: every client deserves to be treated as a person — not a policy number.
J Martin Insurance Agency was born from a frustration with the impersonal, transactional nature of big-box insurance. We saw too many policyholders paying for coverage they didn’t understand, from agents who treated them like account numbers.
So we built something different: an independent agency where relationships come first, education is core to the experience, and every recommendation is tailored to the actual person sitting across the table.

I am the office manager at J Martin Insurance Agency and I have been with the agency since we opened our doors in 2023. I do a little of everything here – from answering phones and helping customers to onboarding new client to building our insurance resource library, to hosting this blog and our social media, to creating our monthly newsletter The Insurance Insider and so much more!
I love my job – it truly keeps me on my toes. Every day bring a new challenge, a new question, and a chance to help someone feel confident about their coverage and knowing that they are protected.
I am also a licensed and bonded Notary Public for the State of Arizona. I offer my notary services for free to all of our customers. If you need something notarized, just let me know!
